2. Service Description

FastCaptcha provides an AI-powered API service for solving text-based image CAPTCHAs. We offer:

  • Automated image CAPTCHA solving with 95% accuracy
  • RESTful API access for developers
  • Pay-as-you-go credit system
  • Browser extensions for automated solving

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FastCaptcha only for lawful purposes. You shall NOT use our service to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Engage in unauthorized access to computer systems
  • Spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activities
  • Violate website terms of service or bypass legitimate security measures
  • Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws

5. Payment & Credits

Our credit-based payment system:

  • Credits are purchased in packages (see Pricing)
  • Credits never expire
  • One credit = one image CAPTCHA solve attempt
  • Failed solves due to our error are refunded automatically
  • All sales are final (see Refund Policy)

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the service will meet your specific requirements
  • 100% accuracy on all CAPTCHA types

7. Limitation of Liability

FastCaptcha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
