We automatically refund credits for failed solves:

  • If our service returns an error (5xx status codes)
  • If processing takes longer than 30 seconds
  • If our AI fails to detect text in the image
  • If the service is temporarily unavailable

These refunds are automatic and instant - no action required from you.


2. Manual Refund Requests

You may request a refund if:

  • Our service consistently returns incorrect solutions (below 80% accuracy)
  • You experienced service outages affecting your operations
  • You purchased credits by mistake (within 48 hours)
  • Technical issues prevented you from using purchased credits

To request a manual refund, contact us at refunds@fastcaptcha.org with:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID or date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting evidence (API logs, error messages, etc.)

3. What We Do NOT Refund

Credits will NOT be refunded for:

  • Incorrect solves due to poor quality or unreadable CAPTCHA images
  • Normal accuracy variations (our service guarantees 95% average accuracy, not 100%)
  • Credits used more than 30 days ago
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after using the credits

4. Refund Processing Time

Refund timelines:

  • Automatic refunds: Instant (credits returned immediately)
  • Manual refund requests: Reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Payment refunds: 5-10 business days to appear in your account

5. Credit Expiration

Good news: Credits never expire! You can use them whenever you need them, even years after purchase.
